Have you ever bid at auction? Even if you have, did you love it or find it nerve racking? If you find it nerve racking, then this could be a great option for you. We sit down with you in the days leading up to the auction to understand your budget, how you would like us to bid for you, we also complete our comparable report against the property and then on the day of auction – head to a café nearby by and we will either call you to say come down to sign a contract or enjoy the rest of your breakfast. 

This can be advantageous if you are on holidays, out of town or out of country.
